This
fruit is delicious. The flesh is crisp and light green in colour. They are
perfectly ripe when fully golden brown but are generally picked with some green
still showing. The fruit tastes more like a little apple than anything else we
are used to but has a special lively flavour of its own. There is one seed.
They can be kept quite well in the fridge for several weeks. Our crop ripens in
March and April.

We grow all our own fruit. We use no sprays on our crop. Jujube can be dried to resemble a delicious date like fruit that keeps very well.
ORDERS
We will pick, pack and despatch orders as quickly as possible. We require payment before despatch.

Generally we will use Australia Post. We can quote on mailing costs according to the quantity and destination of the delivery.
